Undercooked Nuggets, Dark Fries - McDonald's, San Francisco California

I bought 2 fries, 20 pieces nuggets, one Mac chicken and one quarter pounder meal. My kids and husband got really sick riht after they ate it, they were throwing up , diarrhea and fever. I need to know if someone else got sick, might be their oil, they dont change it often, fries looked dark and also nuggets were warm and dried. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
