Food Safety Report: McDonald's, 6th Avenue, Des Moines, IA, USA.

McDonald's, 6th Avenue, Des Moines, IA, USA

1111 6th Avenue, Des Moines, 50314 Iowa, United States

I already have food sensitivity so I normally avoid eating fast food, but it never affects me like the cheeseburger I got has. After about 20 minutes I got sick feeling, and heartburn. Then I started puking. I thought that would end it but no, my system would not relax. I had no fever, so I didn't go to the doctor, but I couldn't leave the restroom for more than 30 minutes for a good 12 hours. Subsiding now, 24 hours later, so I can't imagine it was anything other that the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn
