I was poisoned by a sauguage biscuit from the McDonald’s on Six Forks Road in Raleigh North Carolina. I ended up with a fever of 102 severe cramps and had to go to the hospital where I was diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis from a parasite. This happened on 6/27/18 and I am still having severe symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
