08/05/2024 I purchased meals from a local McDonald’s and the next day my son, spouse and myself exhibited signs of food poisoning. We all had the same food items including the French Fries. There were others items consumed including; Mcdouble, chicken nuggets, Fanta Frozen Treat. Symptoms: nausea, hollow taste, diarrhea, vomiting (8yo) | Symptoms: Other
