Ate lunch at 12:15 pm - McChicken sandwich and french fries. Experienced nausea about an hour later which got worse. Vomiting and diarrhea at 7 pm which continued through the night. My husband had hamburgers and french fries and experienced diarrhea at 8 pm but no nausea or vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
