Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich, Ate it last night close to 9pm. Went to bed fine but woke up violently ill around 4am. Severe stomach cramping, diarrhea & fever. Has lasted for hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
