Lastnight I made a hamburger and fries. After eating the hamburger I felt bloated and regretted eating so late (930ish at night). Throughout the night my stomach was still bloated and upset. By 530 am I couldn’t hint back and threw up over and over again. Right when I thought it was done I brushed my teeth and went back to my room. Just to rush back to the toilet and throw up some more. This time the diarrhea had started. I began to puke and poop an awful amount of liquid. The vomiting was full of everything i had for dinner. I could taste the grease from the burger sitting in my stomach. A gut wrenching pain in my abdomen was constant through all of this. Getting worse and then fading back to come again. I bought a family sized box of Honey Nut Cheerios. It's taken me 3 times to figure out where the diarrhea was coming from. Before I narrowed it down. Last time it happened I thought it might be the milk, but then tried it again wiyh different milk and that's when I truly figured it out. The last box I bought did not do this. I'm writing this at 3am with stomach pain and diarrhea. After eating a bowl for a after dinner snack.around 9pm.

Got a burrito bowl with, brown rice, fajita veggies, impossible meat, corn salsa, pickled red onion, guacamole. An hour to two hours later was nauseated, vomiting and had diarrhea, also experienced sweating and body aches and chills. Lasted about 6 hours.
