4 hours after eating Safe Catch brand canned tuna that I bought at Walmart in New Albany IN, I started vomiting and after about 20 times, had to go to the ER for IV fluids and IV meds to make it stop. While there, had explosive diarrhea, also.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Saturday, May 11th: Ate a Chipotle bowl with white rice, barbacoa, queso, lettuce, and cheese. 10 hours later (did not eat anything else) @ work my body started to expel from the top and bottom of my GI tract (e.g., nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, & abdominal cramping).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
