My family ate at El Nopal on State Street 12/30/23. I had the Steak Fajitas with rice and beans. My father had chimichangas, and my wife had steak tacos. I fed my daughter who is 2 some of my rice, beans, steak, lettuce, and sour cream. Both my daughter and I became very ill that night. Both had vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea.
