Poutine-Induced Stomach Pain - McDonald's,

Ordered poutine, cheeseburger and a coffee. Couple hours later I was home with severe stomach pains in my upper gastro. After squirming with pain in bed for a couple of hours I barely made it to the washroom before it all came back up. All I had eaten that day was breakfast at home, and some water after McDonalds.
