McDonald's
Ordered poutine, cheeseburger and a coffee. Couple hours later I was home with severe stomach pains in my upper gastro. After squirming with pain in bed for a couple of hours I barely made it to the washroom before it all came back up. All I had eaten that day was breakfast at home, and some water after McDonalds. Will never touch that chain again. Still having cramps even after expelling. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Cramps
