Cheeseburger Illness: Severe Cramps - McDonald's,

ordered a cheeseburger from dollar menu and fries. 24 hours later started feeling queasy. That night had diarrhea and severe abdominal cramping ALL NIGHT. Upper abdominal pain, weakness, nausea. It's now one day past the start of the worst of it and I'm still in bed with abdominal pain and nausea. I rarely, if ever, go out to mcDonalds.
