Undercooked Burgers, Long Waits - McDonald's,

I have never had an undercooked burger at McDonalds ever there is a new closing staff and the waits times are horrible but to wait 20 minutes and still have a raw center in my wife's burger (mine was pink) the picture does not do it justice (was red)
