Had a triple cheese burger, fries and Reece mcflurry. At 1 am Have had HORRIBLE stomach pain and nausea ever since. Nothing else to eat. And vomiting by 3pm all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
