Breakfast Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's,

3/9/2014 had a sausage McMuffin with egg and almost immediately began having stomach pains. Got on my flight and made it home without throwing up but felt nauseated and had a temp of 101. Ate nothing else all day. The next day temp is down slightly and nausea has subsided some what but loose bowels are now in play. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain
