Salty Burger, Recurring Symptoms - McDonald's, Florida

On Two days ago I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The burger tasted very salty. About three hours later my stomach was cramping and I had diarrhea. I still have the same symptoms. Three years ago almost the same thing happened, but was much worse. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
