McDonald's
got a fish sandwich with mayo on Thursday. That night, I was puking and had diarrhea all night. Today is Tuesday, and I still cannot eat anything without feeling sick. I slept for 2 days after that first night. Just want to get back to normal. Never eating McD's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
