McDonald's
Ate a crispy chicken ranch wrap and the lettuce was black and slimy. I removed it from the sandwich, but still ate it. About nine hours later I was experiencing extreme GI distress. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
