Food Safety Report: McDonald's.

I bought 2 premium chicken sandwiches I ate all of my sandwich and my daughter ate 1/2 of hers. I experienced stomach cramps continuous vomiting and diarrhea. I had to go to the emergency room and was told it was food poisoning. I had to have iv fluids and I am still dealing with this even now. The sandwich was a premium chicken with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
