McDonald's
Occured on 4/4/14 at the McDonald's at Exit 280 in TN. Ordered a mcdouble, small fries and diet coke. I am sure it was the mcdouble. Sick for 3 days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
