Food Safety Report: McDonald's.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and a McDouble, when I got home and looked in the bag there was a single cheese burger, spicy chicken sandwich, and a McDouble. I didn't really care that they messed up the order and I ate the cheeseburger anyway, bad idea. Within two hours I was overwhelmed by nausea, vomiting and diaherra. Worst food experience ever. Never again will I step foot into a McDonald's. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
