Fries Suspected: Blurry Vision - McDonald's, Laurel Maryland

I believe it was their french fries because they both ate them earlier today around 2:00 PM. They also ate mango chicken at 8:15pm est However the symptoms started as they were eating that meal. So I think it had to be from what they consumed earlier. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Blurry vision
