7 years ago reported by user-cgwkq535 business

McDonald's, Amityville, NY, USA

900 Broadway, Amityville, 11701 New York, United States

On July 25 2018, I went to a drive through at McDonalds in Amityville, NY. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos, strawberry lemonade and strawberry shake. I felt fine all morning I even went to PT. I took two bites of the eggs and a couple of sips of the lemonade. 5 minutes later I stated profusely sweating and feeling extremely nauseated. I pulled to the side of the road. Whereby I started violently throwing up for ten minutes. I grabbed for the paper bag but the puke went right through. All over me and my car seat. The episode lasted approximately 10 minutes and set off my heart monitor. I went to an urgent care facility who sent me to the hospital. I spent the next 8 hours in the emergency room getting zofran and fluids. Day 2 I have a severe headache and have drinking only ginger ale because my stomach is sore. Within 5 minutes of investing the food I became violently ill. Sweats, puking and chest pains. Cardiologist stated the heart ilowering is normal during such a violent attack. The urgent care took the bag of vomit and left over food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Chest Pain, Soreness
