Sour Burger, Severe Symptoms - McDonald's, Anaheim California

At around noon today 6/24, I purchased a beef burger from a McDonald’s restaurant in Anaheim. After eating about half of it, I noticed an extremely strong sour vinegar-like smell and taste—far stronger than what would be considered normal. The odor was also clearly noticeable when I smelled the burger. I immediately stopped eating it and kept the remaining portion as evidence. Since then, I have experienced severe symptoms, including an intense acidic or corrosive sensation, weakness, confusion, and what I believe may be kidney-related problems. I would like to have the remaining food professionally tested and preserved as evidence, and I intend to pursue legal action against McDonald’s if the testing confirms that the food was contaminated or otherwise unsafe. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Confusion
