had a double cheeseburger and fries around 11:45pm, by the time i was home and in bed i had a horrific stomach ache and couldnt sleep all night. next morning around 6:30am i get diarrhea then 9:45am i vomit. 11:30am more diarrhea and vomiting. its 4pm now and the vomitting and nausea seems to have gone away but still have diarrhea and bad cramps. fever at its highest was 101.7 and now it is 100.5. chills everytime ive vomitted or had diarrhea. never wanna eat mcdonalds again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
