Ate Saver menu Double cheeseburger Single cheeseburger and chips, was violently sick 1 hrs later
With above symptoms, Symptoms are still bad
This happened on Monday 9th February.

Sickness happened 1 hr or so after leaving McDonald's, binned receipt and packaging at time, and walked to bus station, so can't provide photo sorry. I would say however that I would have been the only person to have had, Saver menu Double cheeseburger, Single cheeseburger and small chips all saver menu, if this is traceable on their system, time was around 3 to 4 o'clock. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
