Suspected source: I ate a fried chicken sandwich there and started feeling inflammation in my stomach it progressed to stomach pain and cramping. It's 11:42 PM and I just had to get up and make myself throw up until I got it all out. Still have discomfort and feel inflammation in my intestines.
