Big Mac & Nuggets Illness

Same day as my step son got sick from his Big Mac (7/16/18), I got a fever, nausea, vomiting from eating a 10 piece nuggets, fries, and a Coke. Not sure what's going on at this location, but something isn't right. Lived in this town for 30 years.
