Monday, September 30, 6:00 p.m., with my partner we bought 2 signature combo large cheddar cheese, today in the early morning at around 5 AM, we both woke up with vomiting and diarrhea.. it was the last meal we had.. we were poisoned with a Mcdonal, we have horrible acidity fever, vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Fever, Heartburn
