Severe fatigue and nausea, very swollen belly, two big vomits + colic following my meal. Goat cheese wrap arrived with bacon, a crunchy bite and then normal goat cheese wrap. A hazelnut chocolate muffin next. In short, I am not ready to order McDonald's again, I am disgusted. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Swelling
