5 Sick, Possible Dessert Link - McDonald's, Aubagne Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

I came with my family this Sunday 17/12/2023 there were 7 of us including 3 children who had consumed. Menu and dessert. Out of 7 people 5 of us have experienced nausea, stomachache and diarrhea including one child with mad words until now 19/12/2023. Was it the ice cream for the dessert or one of the menu items: Big Mac or double cheese bacon or fries, nuggets... etc. In any case did the 2 other people (not sick) eat ice cream. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
