Had mcdonalds breakfast today and me and my partner have both got severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and stomach ache from the sausage mcmuffin and breakfast wrap. I’ve got bad diarrhea and severe stomach ache/cramps i’ve spent most of the morning by the toilet and it’s been about 3 hour’s since ive had the mcdonalds breakfast and i’ve been for a bowel movement over 7 times. liquid diarrhea and my stomach hurts so bad i feel faint!!!!! My boyfriend had diarrhea too and stomach ache | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
