Yesterday I had dinner Macdonals from an establishment in Figueres. Specifically some luxe potatoes and a Mac Extrem of bacon. After about 2 hours I suffered a very strong stomach colic, with severe diarrhea, chills and dizziness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills
