3/29/19 @ 8pm Egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. Only one in group who ordered breakfast, & only one sick. Deathly sick. Vomiting Diarrhea @ same time, can't even hold water down after 32hrs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
