Went to this McDonalds for a quick meal while heading home. The fries there weren't pleasant at all because they were soggy, greasy and undercooked and all the other food was average. After heading home I fell to sleep and woke up at 3am hyperventilating and I then began to throw up. A few hours later, I also got liquid diarrhoea. I can't eat anything without throwing up, and I have to keep drinking so I'm not dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
