1pm on 10/2/22 ordered double cheese burger & medium fries, within 4 hours I had diarrhoea and nausea. couldn’t sleep all night unbareable back pain and 11/2/22 spent the day with sickness and diarrhoea. Half day sick at work and still in serious discomfort now | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
