Milkshake I got sick after drinking a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream on top. Symptoms started approx 20-30 minutes after and I still have stomach issues and major explosive bloody diarrhea 5 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool
