I had a double sausage and egg McMuffin and hash brown and fresh orange around 9:30 am Tuesday 15th of June 2021, I started to feel nausea around 6 pm that night I’m belly cramps it is the only thing I have eaten differently from the rest of my family which are all okay Wednesday I have fever, chills, aggressive belly pains headache diarrhea and nauseous I can’t keep anything down not even water.
