Severe Reaction: Burger Meal - McDonald's, Williams Lake British Columbia

7 years ago reported by user-cgkyg772 business

McDonald's, Broadway Avenue South, Williams Lake, BC, Canada

1324 Broadway Avenue South, Williams Lake, V2G 4N2 British Columbia, Canada

At around 1730, on Wednesday evening Nov.14 2018, I bought a bacon double cheeseburger meal. It was the second meal I had that day, outside of my breakfast at 0600. 1 hour after I ate the cheeseburger I had severe stomach cramps, blurred vision, loss of hearing, arms and legs were tingling, sweating profusely, and lost my balance. I had bloody diarrhea for 2 days and also experienced some constipation and bloating 3 days later!!! I will NEVER eat there again!!!!!!!!!!! This could have killed a small child or elderly person!!!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Constipation, Cramps, Blurry vision, Sweating
