Big Mac Meal Sickness - McDonald's, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

At 5pm I ordered a Big Mac meal with fries and a coke at the McDonald's on Brownsville rd in Pittsburgh pa. I went to sleep at 9pm. At 12am I woke up with diarrhea. An hour later I started throwing up. The diarrhea and vomiting stopped the next morning but I still have severe nausea. At 1pm I had a fever of 100.5 at 4pm my fever went to 101.6. The next morning the nausea, vomiting, diarrhea subsided but I had a migraine the entire day. The next day I was back to normal | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
