Me and my 2 year old son ate here on the way home yesterday. He had a kids meal with nuggets and fries and I had a McDouble with fries. My son had severe diarrhea last night and I had the stomach cramps and was throwing up and had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
