McDouble meal with fries and Coke ZeroWithin a few hours I had the worst abdominal cramps in my life. Within a few hours of that starting I was VIOLENTLY throwing up. Now 2 days later and still feeling effects, extreme abdominal cramping. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
