I went to this McDonald around 6 PM. I ate the new Pico Guacomole meal with fried and a large sweet tea with no ice. My brother ate the Sweet BBQ with fries and sweet tea as well. Got home and around less than an hour later my stomachs starts to hurt and cramp then I realize I need to pass gas but instead it became diarrhea. I feel like I just emptied the whole stomache out flushing at least 4 times. Next time I'll probably stick with Mcdouble like I usually do. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
