I have a large family . I have 8 kids 5 of which still live at home a husband and a 92 yr old grandmother . I order a #1 plus 3 additional big Macs 1 large fry and 2 cheeseburger happy meal ( I don't eat fast food in general because I have lupus n it gives me flare ups ) They ate around 7 pm . My husband , granny , n 20,19 yr old son's ate the big Macs granny had fries with it n my 20 n 19 yr old split the large fry , my 11 n 9 yr old happy meal , by 11pm my 11 yr old n 20 yr old have horrible vomiting , no fever or chills . Husband 9 yr old n my 92 yr old Granny are fine so far . All symptoms with my son's point to food poisoning . We have been a patron of this specific McDonald's for over 2 yrs n never had an issue before
