Fish & Fries Illness - McDonald's, Warsaw Missouri

I ate fish and fries from there  I ate fish and fries and an hour later I started getting nauseated and it progressed to vomiting more then 20 times through out the night and the next morning was takin by ambulance to the hospital.      
The 22 of this month | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
