Visited this store yesterday the 20/01/26 @ roughly 4.45pm. Had not eaten anything all day. Got a coca cola and an apple pie for my way home from limerick. By the time I got home (50min drive) I was feeling nauseous and had stomach cramps. I woke this morning with severe diarrhea, fever, vomiting, cramps stomach pains and chills. I can't keep any fluids down either. I noticed a lemon flavour to the coke but just thought it could have been a spill over from maybe a sprite next to it when been made. I don't know if it was a cleaning agent residue on the machine or in the cup, contaminated ice cubes from a dirty machine or just cross contamination. But it isn't a coincidence and 100% came from there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
