I had a McDonalds hamburger at around 7:00 pm yesterday evening and about an hour later a began to vomit out of nowhere and had bad stomach pains and had diarrhea I am not happy. I haven't eaten something since I have only drank water and have had no sleep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
