Nuggets, Coffee Cause Illness

Had 6 chicken nuggets and coffee at about 10pm At about 11pm my stomach felt sick, like it was being pulled. At half 5 I woke up and got sick and had diarrhoea. This went on for the next 24 hours. About 30 hours in and I still have a sore stomach.

Hamburger Causes Sudden Illness

I had a McDonalds hamburger at around 7:00 pm yesterday evening and about an hour later a began to vomit out of nowhere and had bad stomach pains and had diarrhea I am not happy. I haven't eaten something since I have only drank water and have had no sleep.
