I ate at McDonald’s around 2:45pm, I ordered a large fry to share with my daughter and a ranch crispy snack wrap for myself. I started feeling ill around 7pm. This isn’t not my first time feeling this way after a snack wrap. I thought it was all in my head until it happened again today... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
