Had an artisan grilled chicken sandwich, medium fries and a coke around 3pm. Stomach discomfort and nausea around 9pm, vomit and diarrhea around 10:30pm. Feeling awful, will see doctor in the am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
