I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with yogurt and French fries and about 45 minutes later experienced unbelievable vomiting that persisted for an hour (there was so much it spewed out of my nose)
The location was very busy and haphazard about orders (my friend's was meal was put together incorrectly). I now have a tension headache as a result of the vomiting which hurts intensely. It is safe to say I will never go back to this location, or any other McDonald's location ever again. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
