BTS Meal Sauce Illness - McDonald's, Tampa Florida

BTS meal. I tried the BTS meal for the first time on Wednesday and tried the two sauces, mostly eating the sweet chili one. A few hours later, I was already feeling sick. I had diarrhea, was vomiting after everything I ate, and was nauseous until Saturday. I have eaten the same meal multiple times, so I am positive it was the new sauces the BTS "meal" came with.
